In a fast-paced world where convenience and time matter, many people struggle to find reliable barbers near them—especially ones that fit their style and schedule. Barbers, on the other hand, often face difficulties reaching new clients and managing appointments efficiently.

The challenge was to design a seamless digital platform that connects barbers and customers, allowing users to discover skilled barbers in their area, view portfolios, read reviews, and book appointments with ease. For barbers, the platform needed to offer tools for managing bookings, showcasing their work, and growing their client base—all while delivering an intuitive and delightful user experience

The Result

Through strategic UX research and a user-centered design approach, I crafted an intuitive platform that streamlined the connection between barbers and customers. The final product included a clean and accessible interface for users to browse barbers by location, style, and availability, while barbers could easily manage bookings, showcase their portfolios, and build their reputation through verified reviews.
